Detailed Itinerary
In the morning, you’ll be picked up at your hotel for a short, scenic trek up Chandragiri Hill. A short drive from the hotel is Kirtipur where you can walk through Kirtipur Darbar Square and reach Macchagaon. From Machchagaun we started our journey to Chandragiri Mountain. We walked along a beautiful road filled with forests and mountain views at amazing Chandragiri Mountain, we saw the temple and surrounding area.
From the top we get a beautiful view of the mountains. The mountain offers uninterrupted views of Mount Everest and Mount Makalu to Kanchenjunga. Kathmandu Valley can also be seen from the top.
After spending a wonderful time in Chandragiri. We then returned to Kathmandu after a day of trekking. We will drop you off at your hotel in Kathmandu. A day trek is a great opportunity to visit a forest area full of medicinal herbs and other beneficial herbs. This route is also the best place for bird watching.
