Trekking Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a Mountain Treks Nepal representative will be waiting for you and will drop you off at your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the city.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Today you will see the famous tourist attractions of Kathmandu such as Bodhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa. You’ll also visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 3: Fly to Pokhara
Today you will fly to Pokhara. A beautiful city at the foot of the Himalayas. Pokhara is a popular destination for tourists and trekkers.
Day 4: Trekking to Ulleri (1,960 m/6,430 ft)
Today you will begin your trek to Annapurna Base Camp. You will trek for approximately 5-6 hours to Ulleri, a small village at an altitude of 1,960 meters (6,430 feet)
Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani (2,874m/9,429ft)
Today you will trek for approximately 6-7 hours to Ghorepani, a village at an altitude of 2,874m (9,429ft). Ghorepani is a popular stopover for hikers trekking in Annapurna base camp trail.
Day 6: Trek to Poon hill (3,210 m/10,532 ft) and Tadapani (2,630 m/8,629 ft)
Today you will wake up early to trek to Poon Hill. A viewpoint that offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna range and surrounding areas. After enjoying the view you will continue your journey to Tadapani, the village at an altitude of 2,630 meters (8,629 feet)
Day 7: Trekking to Chom Rong (2,170 m/7,120 ft)
Today you will trek for approximately 5-6 hours to Chom Rong. Beautiful village in Annapurna Wildlife Sanctuary. Chomrong is a popular stopover for trekkers on the Annapurna Base Camp route.
Day 8: Hiking to Dovan (2,500 m/8,202 ft)
Today you will walk approximately 4-5 hours to the small village of Dovan at an altitude of 2,500 m (8,202 ft).
Day 9: Trek to Deurali (3,230 m/10,597 ft)
Today you will trek for about 5-6 hours to Deurali, a village at an altitude of 3,230 m (10,597 ft). Deurali is the last village before the Annapurna Base Camp.
Day 10: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m/13,550 ft)
Today you will trek approximately 4-5 hours to Annapurna Base Camp, the base camp of the Annapurna Massif. Annapurna Base Camp is located at height of 4,130 m (13,550 ft)
Day 11: Trekking to Bamboo (2,310 meters/7,579 ft)
Today you will return to Bamboo Nagar, a village at an altitude of 2,310 meters (7,579 feet).
Day 12: Trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780 m/5,840 ft)
Today you will trek for about 5-6 hours. Jhinudanda is a popular stopover for trekkers on Annapurna Base Camp. Trek to Jhinu Danda, the village is at an altitude of 1,780 m (5,840 ft). Jhinu Danda has hot springs where you can relax after hiking.
Day 13: Trek to Nayapul (1,070 m/3,510 ft) and drive to Pokhara
Today you will spend around 3-4 hours trekking to Nayapul 1,070 m (3,510 ft) high. From Nayapul, a small highland village, you will take a bus to Pokhara from here.
Day 14: Fly to Kathmandu
Today you will fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 15: Departure from Kathmandu
Today you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your outbound flight.

- Make sure to book your trek with a reputable trekking company.
